After graduating from ASU with a degree in Architecture, I decided to purse my passion for cooking. I attended Arizona Culinary Institute and ABC Bartending, and then headed off to Europe to further my training. I worked in Italy at L’Officina della Cucina Poplare and took French pastry courses at l’Ecole Lenotre in Paris. I returned to Arizona and worked for Mark Tarbell and Chris Bianco before starting iCook uEat in 2012. For 10 years, I’ve enjoyed being your personal chef. Thanks for welcoming me into your kitchen.
