After graduating from ASU with a degree in Architecture, I decided to purse my passion for cooking. I attended Arizona Culinary Institute and ABC Bartending, and then headed off to Europe to further my training. I worked in Italy at L’Officina della Cucina Poplare and took French pastry courses at l’Ecole Lenotre in Paris. I returned to Arizona and worked for Mark Tarbell and Chris Bianco before starting iCook uEat in 2012.
