I know some people have a phobia of green drinks, but the apple, pineapple, and agave do good jobs sweetening the drink, and cucumber and celery have very mild flavors to begin with, so you won’t even realize you’re drinking vegetables.

RECIPE
makes 2

1 cucumber, peeled and cut into pieces (save a couple pieces for garnish)
1 big handful of kale (about 1 1/2 c)
2 stalks of celery, cut into pieces
1 c frozen broccoli (use frozen, so your drink will be cool)
1 apple, peeled and cut into pieces
1 lime, juiced
3/4 c pineapple juice
2 T agave syrup
1/2-1 tsp, fresh ginger, grated
1/4 c greek yogurt

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend. If it’s too thick, add a little water, and blend again.
2. Garnish with a cucumber wedge.
